1. 5 july 2010: Leeuwarden – Sloten (about 44 kilometre)
2. 6 july 2010: Sloten – Bolsward (about 58 kilometre)
3. 7 july 2010: Day of rest in Bolsward
4. 8 july 2010: Bolsward – Franeker (about 37 kilometre)
5. 9 july 2010: Franeker – Dokkum (about 45 kilometre)
6. 10 july 2010: Dokkum – Leeuwarden (about 25 kilometre)
