It is not simply possible to participate: Prospective participants are required to fulfil a number of preconditions: Each team must pass eight steps before being allowed to join the other competitors on the starting line. You can use these forms as a checklist before you hand in your designs. The specific rules of the Frisian Solar Challenge will be published in 2010.
