Which team will complete the six-day solar-sailing race past the eleven Frisian cities the fastest? After the success of the first two races in the summer of 2006 and 2008, there will be another edition of the Frisian Solar Challenge in 2010.

The organisers of the race challenge universities, schools and compagnies from all over the world to come to Friesland in the Netherlands and compete in the most innovative solar-boating race in the world. The route of the race is the same as the well known ice-skating race past the 11 Frisian cities, the ‘elfstedentocht’.
